Testing out the life changing loaf

I found this recipe through ‘My New Roots’ blog ( http://mynewroots.org/site/2013/02/the-life-changing-loaf-of-bread/ ). After slicing through, toasting and covering in Pics natural peanut butter, I had to share the recipe.
I thought psyllium would be hard to source but it was easily found at the Lotus Heart in Christchurch and everything else at my local New World.
It tastes just like vogels, with even more seed texture. Yum.
